OVER 9'S

Over 9 years recreational classes work on core skills mainly on the vault, bars, beam, floor and trampette. Focusing on improving their flexibility, core strength, balance and coordination. We have intermediate classes available for more experienced gymnasts.

  • 7-7.55pm - Intermediate Girls 9+

  • 7-7.55pm - Intermediate Girls 9+

Fridays

  • 5-5.55pm - Girls 9+

Saturdays​

  • 9-9.55am - Girls 9+

  • 1.15-2pm - Girls 9+

  • 10-10.55am - Girls 9+
